For the price I did not expect any more than a Travelodge quality, and I was not disappointed - it was a Travelodge quality, if anything the reception area is a bit below and the broken windows give the place a decidedly shabby appearance - there is not great kerb appeal. Inside is definitely worn, and could do with a good refresh... however, we then got to the room and were very pleasantly surprised. It appeared to be a newly refurbished room and the room itself and the bathroom were very pleasant - the broken window with card over it and the balcony with an old full carton of milk, was also not great. The room was hot, as there is no air con, the supplied stand fan did an adequate, if very loud, job of keeping the room cool enough to sleep in. Overall, it was serviceable.

We were treated very badly by the reception staff because we were late for 10pm check in, although we explained our car problems. We were asked to pay more money on top of the booking and the deposit fee. Even after paying an extra 80% booking fee We ended up not staying the room was dusty with rubbish on the floor. The staff did not show any remorse either. The experience was bad we had to book another hotel late at night.

Отель дряхлый. Не понравилось, что берут депозит ,а чтоб его забрать на ресепшене никого не было когда я хотела уехать и я ждала больше часа это неприятно. Расположен хорошо

這個酒店。。。我訂了兩間房，一間房的床很多頭髮，另一間房的床單不僅有頭髮，床單還有兩處明顯血漬。也是服了。

去住其他酒店！！！這家真的環境太太太差了…整個房間開門就是很重很重的水臭味，床單被子枕頭全都是一樣的味道，在房間呆久了整個人都很沉重潮濕的感覺！！而且安全係數太低了，感覺完全沒有日常維護到處都很破舊，我們衞生間的窗戶甚至不能上鎖，最後還是前台印度小哥幫忙修的（有一説一前台態度很好，尤其印度小哥對中國人很友善），但是還是去住其他地方吧…

We went to the pearl and pebbles when we were checking in the man at the desk advised us that the lift was not working and as my wife is disabled and not good on her legs we left and and walked to a hotel around the corner and booked for five days there costing us another £352 for 5 nights the second hotel was the Cavendish hotel Eastbourne which also has a ramped entrance at the rear so we could use our walkers and wheel chair so no we were not happy with pearl and pebbles

The mattresses were stained with blood. The tables were not wiped. We found rubbish under the bed the walls had writing on. The bthroom was grubby wirh no plug. The nets had moypd in and tge windows cardboard and tape where they were smashed. Then there was the awful smell of shite on the 2nd floor. We left after one day

family 訂房網站 to seven sisters cliff. Hotel is in eastbourne town and near the beach. It is very and clean and the staff is nice.

This hotel was shocking. It was not at all like the photos advertised, inside and outside. The carpets were full of dirty marks and the place had an awelful odor. The bed cover had grey stains and the windows were filthy. We landed up not staying as we did not feel safe. Would not recommend this to anyone.
