This is super family run family hotel. Lots of space to relax inside & out. Breakfast quality & choice very good. However service was extremely slow, approx 45 minute wait, only 2 helpful young friendly staff & the chef...i think most people were there as regulars for Eastbourne Tennis week, all chosing to eat later rather than later! I would totally fully recommend & go again.

Location was fabulous over the road from the Congress Theatre, close to the seafront and 15 mins walk to the main shops. Staff were lovely. Room was big & clean, however was a little tired, in need of redecoration.
