給這個“2026年開業”誤導了，環境差：房間有異味，特別是廁所，好臭的氣味從排水道傳來，地面不平，經過就發出“咔咔”響。設施差：浴巾有汙跡（想起都想吐），沒有紙巾，浴室水管生銹的，垃圾桶蓋打不開…反正在英國10幾天，沒有比這個更差的酒店！

The location near the sea was absolutely wonderful, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout my stay.

We stayed at the Majestic Hotel for one night and got a very good price, as we only needed somewhere to sleep and weren't planning to spend much time there. The location is excellent, right on the seafront, and the outside of the hotel looks fairly presentable with a few seats at the front to enjoy the view. Unfortunately, things were less impressive once inside. The bar was closed, with signs saying they wouldn't be serving alcohol, and one of the lifts was out of order. The hotel itself feels very dated and is in need of refurbishment. Our room was clean and fresh towels were provided, but it was quite tired. The carpet was heavily stained, one bedside cabinet had clearly fallen off the wall at some point and hadn't been replaced, and the ceiling light was hanging down with exposed wires, which was a safety concern. The curtains also looked like they hadn't been updated in decades. The room was very hot, with no air conditioning or fan. The bathroom was extremely small, the sink was cracked, and the shower had a significant build-up of limescale. There was no hairdryer, although basic tea and coffee making facilities were provided. The biggest positive was the staff, who were all very friendly and welcoming. Overall, if you're looking for the cheapest possible place to sleep in a good location, it does the job. However, I personally wouldn't stay again and would rather pay a little more for a hotel that is more comfortable and better maintained.

The room was comfortable, and the beds were comfortable as well. There were not enough towels in the room, but the reception staff provided them for me when I asked. The service was pleasant and friendly, and the view of the sea was beautiful. Thank you.

Very untidy in reception. Needs improvement. The receptionist needs to take a hospitality course. Was informed there was no lift. I told them I couldn't go up four flights of stairs. I had skin cancer and had part of my skin and muscle removed from my leg. I was not informed of this before arrival which they should have. What if a person in a wheelchair was booked? I think this is disability discrimination Will take it further. I should have had a full refund or partial refund as this was out of my control. I left the property straight away. No worries or apologies. Very unprofessional

The room is decent and clean. A little bit far from the station, around 20 minute walk but the price is good especially for solo travel.

This hotel is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I personally believe it is that bad that it should not be open for the public bloc to book. It was horrifically hot so neither of us slept properly, the curtains did not meet to stop the light coming though, there were ants crawling over the bathroom floor, mould on the ceiling, i am hoping you will refund for this stay as it honestly ruined our stay, was an impossible night after (not hotels fault obviously) extra long journey to Eastbourne due to train problems

Main reason booked was close to the event attending and also had lifts. When arrived they couldn’t find booking had to show confirmation. One lift was broken but had another so wasn’t too bad. When we came back later found the second lift wasn’t working either. Not good if you have health issues. Finally made it back to room to find no toilet roll in bathroom, tried to find a number to call the reception but it took half hour of googling to find one as the one listed on booking is for another hotel. Finally got through and toilet roll delivered. Room itself was clean but dated.

This hotel is very basic. It is very dusty and had a very horrible damp smell. The corridors are very narrow and there are many stairs to climb -the lift was out of service. The bar was always closed. There was zero information given by the receptionist upon check in. I would not stay here again.

It's not a new hotel and just the change of the hotel name. This hotel is very old and bad. The door lock of room is rust and without any security by using an old & traditional key. I originally booked 2 nights but I left the hotel in the morning of second day because this hotel is too bad.
