The water park inside the resort was a huge hit—especially when the staff brought out a giant floating foam mat. The kids had a blast jumping on and off it, and my little one absolutely adores this hotel. As someone who values a clean and modern bathroom, this hotel is up my standard. the hotel’s bathrooms are clean and stylish. The service was excellent and efficient, and the beds were comfortable. We loved our time here and will definitely be back!

Vị trí xa phố cổ Hội An, bên trong tiện ích đầy đủ, m khuyên mọi người nên ở bên New World sẽ có nhiều tiện ích hơn. M thấy bên Residences nhân viên ko nice, hồ bơi bên này nước cũng bẩn, đồ ăn sáng ko nhiều, lặp lại mỗi ngày.

갔다 온 5성급 숙소 중 가장 좋은 호텔이었습니다 호텔 안 서비스가 정말 잘 되어있습니다 수영장도 넓고 안에 K마트, 콩카페가 있습니다 제가 머문 방은 투 베드룸 이었어요 뷰도 정말 좋았고 청소도 깔끔히 잘됐습니다!! 프런트 직원들도 정말 친절하셨어요. 하지만 위치가 시내랑 조금 멀어서 택시 타고 나가는데 최소 10분 걸린 점이 조금 아쉽네요 그 외에는 모든것이 좋았네요 정말 강추드립니다 👍

家庭出遊，因在網站上看到集團的設施是共用的才選擇，但去到才發現要收費的（別的游泳池），只能在自家偏小的游泳池游泳，酒店位置蠻偏僻的，若沒有足夠的設施也很難住夠幾天啊

住了5晚，很滿意。房型是一個臥室一個客廳的，客廳有餐區，廚房用具齊全，鍋碗瓢盆，烤箱，微波爐，冰箱，洗衣機。優點：軟硬件都是五星級的，安靜，隔音好（這個對本睡眠極輕人士來説太重要了，熱鬧的區域摩託車太多了，對我來説是噩夢），住的很舒適，服務也很好，入住的時候給我們辦理的前台美女名字叫Hyeri （ Truong Thi Que Anh），入住時加了她的Watchsapp，我們入住期間有什麼問題都跟她聯繫，回覆都很快，在這裡特別感謝Hyeri （ Truong Thi Que Anh）。早餐很好，居然有冰滴咖啡，每天一杯開啟美好一天。有泳池，健身房。缺點也很突出，地處偏遠，周邊都是空地啥也沒有。1KM以外有幾個大排檔不過我們沒有嘗試。但是酒店有免費班車可以送到會安古鎮，峴港市區，峴港機場，彌補這個缺點，對我們來説也沒有什麼不方便的。

We celebrated our wedding engagement at Hoiana Residences and were blown away by the high level of service and world-class amenities. The amazing breakfast buffet was included with our room, and we looked forward to it every morning. We chose the king 1-bedroom option, which was perfect for our needs. Staff and management were super helpful and aimed to make please; they made our special occasion very memorable and special indeed. Would rate higher than 5 stars if it were possible. I highly recommend, and would definitely rebook if we get the opportunity again. Loved it ❤️!

한국인 직원분이 있어 소통이 편했어요 :) 문재원 직원분 친절하고 좋은 응대 해주셔서 편하게 머무를 수 있었습니다 ! 룸 뷰가 너무 좋구 예뻤어요 객실 깔끔하고 마트도 있고 카페도 있어서 좋아요 다른 건물 갈때도 편하게 이동 바로 가능합니다 위치가 좀 떨어져있지만 셔틀도 있고 건물 내에 놀거리가 많아요 ☺️ 9박동안중에 제일 휴양지같은 숙소 🙃

다낭 시내나 호이안 올드타운이랑은 많이 떨어져 있지만, 무료 셔틀 버스가 노선별로 잘 되어있어서 이동하는데 전혀 불편함 없었어요 🙂🙂
