房間雖小，但是非常溫馨，衞生特別好，感覺到對細節的處理非常到位。離杜塞市中心很近，交通方便。我們在平安夜入住，自助辦理入住也很方便。酒店停車場10歐一天。

The room was a bit small for 3 people but comfortable. What disappointed us most, however, was the attitude at reception on the day of our departure. We arrived for breakfast about 25 minutes before it ended, yet the receptionist immediately warned us that breakfast would be finishing soon, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. After breakfast, we went back upstairs to collect our belongings, but our room key had already been deactivated even though it was still before the official check-out time. When we spoke to the same receptionist again, we were told that guests normally have breakfast with their luggage and leave afterwards. We found this response inappropriate. Guests should be able to use their room until the stated check-out time without being instructed on how they are expected to organize their departure. It is important to note that all the other staff members we encountered during our stay were polite and professional. Unfortunately, this particular interaction negatively affected our overall experience at the end of our stay.
