房間雖小，但是非常溫馨，衞生特別好，感覺到對細節的處理非常到位。離杜塞市中心很近，交通方便。我們在平安夜入住，自助辦理入住也很方便。酒店停車場10歐一天。

其它價格合適的酒店已經訂滿的情況下還能訂上這家連鎖酒店真是幸運。現代快捷酒店設計裝修，很新，功能全面，非常適合出差住宿，位置好，周邊義大利餐館、德餐館口味純正 ，進出順暢的免費車庫讓人舒心

When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that there was ongoing renovation work. I later checked their email and noticed a small note at the very end saying, “Some areas of the property are undergoing renovation, which may result in dust or noise pollution.” However, there was no mention that guests would need to wait up to 10 minutes for the elevator, which was constantly fully loaded with renovation equipment. Eventually, we had to use the stairs. When we reached the reception, the receptionist spent about 10 minutes talking and laughing with another customer in German. It did not appear to be work-related. When I finally tried to ask my question, she rudely said, “Don’t you see I’m busy?” while texting on her phone. This level of service is unacceptable. Extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing experience. If you have any other option, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
