Personal am Empfang super freundlich.
Good hotel and great breakfast. But had a lot of itches, maybe flees. Would not go again..

The facilities at this hotel were overall unsatisfactory. While some staff members were friendly, the female staff member who was on duty during the daytime on the day of our stay showed a particularly unpleasant attitude. I will not mention her name.
In addition, her tone of voice, attitude, and basic level of courtesy were also problematic. It felt as though she lacked the fundamental manners expected when التعامل with guests, and her overall communication came across as uncomfortable and inappropriate. When we raised a concern about the shower head, she did not properly check the issue and instead questioned whether we had verified it ourselves, which was an inappropriate response. We felt uncomfortable throughout our entire stay because of this.
Furthermore, the shower head was extremely unhygienic, and this is an issue that must be addressed immediately.
While airline crew members may have contributed to the hotel’s revenue as loyal customers so far, if the hotel intends to provide proper service to general guests as well, significant improvements are necessary
