Het inchecken ging met moeite; blijkbaar moest je voor je komst online inchecken." Eenmaal ingecheckt hadden we onze koffers direct neergezet in de kamer en gingen door naar de kerstmarkt. In de avond wilde ik douchen en zag ik overal haren in de wasbak en naast het toilet, alsof er iemand geknipt was." Denkend dat we eindelijk naar bed konden, zagen wij tot onze verbazing een hele grote menstruatievlek in het matras." Slapen op dat bed zagen we niet meer zitten." Gelukkig was er een soort van bank waar mijn vrouw op kon slapen." Tijdens het uitchecken was er weer niemand aanwezig om een klacht in te dienen."

The apartment was easy to find. The self check in didn’t work for me as I arrived early, however after calling and speaking with the staff I was able to access the community space until my room was ready. The facilities there are relaxing and comfortable. The room was self contained and had everything needed for a home from home experience. I would definitely recommend and will be staying there again.
