Pathetic rooms and bathroom showers don't work.Even the tap doesn't have Good water flow..The bathroom is way too small. Service was good though

Pros - Good location. AC, Geyser, TV working properly. More or less neat and clean. Behaviour of staff is good. Cons - Room size a bit small. In app area of room shown as 144 sq ft. I do not think this is the room size.No slippers provided as mentioned in app. Overall this hotel is recommended for business travellers.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and always smiling.Everything was up to the mark—clean rooms, good service.Would book again without a second thought!

location is good but staying experience is average. complimentary water is not provided nor is there any provision of Tea coffee. toiletries and towel provided are below average.

The property is located in the middle of the city, the behavior of the staff members were very cordial & the qwality of the food was good. Have a pleasant stay.

The room was way too small for 3 people to stay. It was very congested and we were feeling suffocated and the service of the hotel was also not good. The staff were not friendly and were giving us very dirty looks

That was a very bad experience in room no 418. This room had no basic amenities. I don't know how was booked for me. total monetary loss for me. but one staff Amit helped me.
