This was my 10th time staying in this Hotel. Room…food…breakfast spread…service all value for money. Special mention for the draught beer by pool side and the swimming pool!!!

The rooms were spacious and also the staff was courteous...the ambience was also good,,,the hotel had gym ,swimming pool , bar , banquet indoor as was as outdoor.The food was terrific and all the preparations were up to the mark even the buffet breakfast was well spread.The only dissatisfaction was with the swimming pool as it is not maintained properly and it was dirty and the stairs were crumbling as if it is going to break...would have given it a 5 star.

I give rating too because of only two reason no.1- when I was check in to the hotel they delaye so long time all time they told me sir name please ( online booking) they can't find my name. So delay so long . No.2- when they gave me room key , they just told me sir take your key . I go to lift and one time I go 3rd floor and then one time I go 4th floor to find my exact room . After that when I see some one and ask him to where is my room then he find my room .

Worst Experience, i got bathroom like 700-900 rupee type hotel, got separated bed which was totally unexpected and uncomfortable for couple stay. My Check In Experience was also not appropriate, i have to wait 25min for key card.

My stay at Citi Residence was overall average, primarily because of the room, which didn’t meet expectations in terms of comfort and upkeep. However, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the food — it was delicious, well-prepared, and exceeded expectations. Additionally, the hotel’s prime location made getting around the city very convenient, which added value to the experience. While the accommodation itself could use some improvement, the exceptional dining and accessible location helped balance things out. With a few upgrades to the rooms, this hotel could easily become a top choice for travelers."
