Location was perfect for the business I needed to transact in the greater Umhlanga area. Staff we ever supportive of needs, breakfast buffet was amazing even though for very few people and food was good quality, room/suite was very very comfortable and spacious, plus they had a sauna which was a nice touch after the gym. I would stay again.

We had a really great time at RPH. Staff was lovely and there are lots of dinning options in the area. Gateway mall was a walk away so everything is super convenient.

This hotel was very convenient to shopping mall and ***** mall. The bartenders was very professional and if they didn’t have what I like they went and got it. Will stay again while I am here visiting Durban.

This was my first time staying at the Royal Palms and enjoyed my stay and it was a very relaxing stay. Very close to any shopping venue you want. The rooms are special. I will invite my friends to visit this hotel in the future.
