They then told us to go to the room that had been mentioned as problematic the previous day and use the shower there if hot water was available.
Despite arguing with the front desk 4–5 times, my wife ultimately waited in the shower room for about 40 minutes, naked with soap on her body, and eventually had to rinse off with cold water as a temporary measure. The other room also had no hot water.
As a result, we missed the ticket reservation time for the places we planned to visit and were unable to see what we wanted.
