i didn't stay there and checked out within an hour of checking in. as a solo female traveller i felt extremely uncomfortable because of the following reasons: 1. broken window in the bathroom 2. i was given a room opposite a group of men who were drinking and yelling. 3. upon request to change my floor i was told that it is completely booked. 4. as i stepped outside my room to check the surroundings there was an arrangement for hukka and alcohol which was supposed to be a common space outside the pool area. 5. the hotel looks good from outside but it is worse than a sub standard oyo. .

•1st of all the hotel staff kept trying to hide a bit good room for customers. •Bathroom was smelling bad like nothing • Water flow in the bathroom was like if you go to take a bath, it will take around 5-7 minutes to fill up the 1 bucket • Swimming pool was terrible, totally dirty water, dead and live insects ***** with leaves and dirt were found all around. I got some infections too. • ⁠Outside people (more than 70%) other than the guests are allowed to use swimming pool which was a totally uncomfortable situations for guests with family (women and children). They were making nuisance with inappropriate activities.

Had a pleasant stay for a day here. Very helpful and polite staff. Neat and clean rooms. Took a plunge in their clean and well maintained pool. Will recommend to all.

The toilet was dirty without dustbin, almirah was also affected, no chair in the room, tap of washbasin was damaged & other issues were noticed.
