乾淨衞生整潔，標明路邊房間，所以價格也比其他安靜房間便宜。很近馬路，車來車住，挺吵的，空氣也不好。廚房有微波爐、冰箱，沒有灶爐。有大院子供停車。

和朋友一起出遊，標準的motel設施，服務比較。衞生情況也搞得很不錯，每天都會打掃。。 唯一遺憾的就是街對面有一個鄰居在搞party,會有點鬧。 這和酒店沒關係，下次記得訂非臨街的就行。周圍有很近的麥當勞、肯德基等吃飯的地方。還有一個便利店，非常方便。

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good water supply and heating. A very good location that is near to eating places. A complete kitchenette. Will visit again, highly recommended motel to stay in Dunedin.

This was a lovely motel for my husband and dog. Very clean, good bed, two tvs and complimentary teas, coffees and bathroom shampoos abd body wash. Shower was hot and good pressure. Had a good heater and electric blanket. Good value for money. Would definitely go back again.
