Great location and good value for money. The hotel is a bit old and could benefit from some updates, but overall the stay was comfortable and pleasant for the price.

The hotel location is really good just opposite Dundee University. In the old building, they have a lot of parking lots as well. The room is spacious. The Internet connection is OK. The hotel is classic architect. The only thing I want to mention is about breakfast you need to order to the staff, but of course can refill, however, not many option tho.
