Отель на фото выглядит лучше, чем вживую, особенно номера. Там будто был какой-то сетевой отель раньше, причем неясно какой (некоторые вещи с названием других брендов). Не очень хорошо убрано, хотя общие территории симпатичные. Мы приехали просто переночевать и это был один из самых недорогих вариантов, так что пойдет)

The internet had been down for over a week when we arrived. Also the payment for parking your car totally disagree with this extra charge. Hotel is very tired in many places and I personally will be giving it a miss as I’m sure there is places elsewhere. The staff where very attentive in most aspects.

Booked double room for me, my partner & my baby. The room was so tiny, the bed was extremely uncomfortable & had dirt on it. The dust in the room made it clear the rooms were not cleaned properly. The room had a door that led into the room next to us, which was not safe for the baby. There was also no privacy, my sister and brother in law had a room opposite and you could hear them talking in there room. Upgraded to a deluxe room after 1 night in a double room, which was so much better. It was a lot cleaner, a lot bigger and a lot more privacy. The only downfall was we were right next to the maids room and we heard a lot of bickering between the maids as the rooms aren't soundproof. If you are planning to book here, I'd suggest just paying the extra for the deluxe room as it makes a massive difference. The pool is decent, it isn't massive but is a good temperature so it is good for kids.

Room was amazing breakfast not so good eaten area was freezing cold no buffet like any other time was there staff not so friendly at breakfast time not much on dinner menu . Place is being ran into the ground won't be back kinda gutted tbh liked going here 😞

Great hotel, just on the entry into Dundee. Ample parking, really helpful staff. Clean rooms. Sauna, steam room, and pool all very quiet in the early morning. My stay there was very enjoyable.

Rooms were spacious and clean beds were comfy  tea coffee facilities were appreciated Wi-Fi was good had a bath and shower both working well soap was very nice . All in all a good stay only used the bar .

We came down to spend time with family and the landmark hotel didn't disappoint. We just loved your hotel and was so impressed on how clean and beautiful it is. The staff was friendly and helpful and we will definitely be back
