離碼頭很近步行十分鐘左右，距離哪裡都很近，缺點是冷氣機真的好吵！工作人員很友善！有門衞開門！有免費的水！早餐要提前點 不是自助的

Very practical choice with regards to easy access to Lee plaza, restaurants & city tours. Hotel price-Reasonable. We all enjoyed eating @ palwa restaurant-mostly breakfast time. 360 around the corner by palwa hotel is a good place to book your travel tours. You need to bring your own toiletries just so you know. Overall experience with staff @ palwa-excellent. They’re very attentive, hospitable & with beautiful smiles on their faces ready to help you anytime. They need to fix the lamp it goes on & off by itself I think loose connections. Maybe they also need to rearrange the bigger bed so that there’s a way you can get out on the other side quickly to use the bathroom. Also needed a small table to put your snacks or food. We stayed in a family room which I think needs an extra chair as well. Thanks to young man that helped us connect to WiFi & proper use of tv with 2tv controls. God bless you all @ Palwa hotel, thank you🇵🇭

Was given a room most outlets in room too loose to charge phones / air con was working but undersized for room would never cool room down / after bringing this to attention of front counter was quickly resolved  breakfast is ok  limited menu selection. NOT BUFFET style  xtra charge for 2nd coffee  close to port area will look @ other hotels next time friendly staff

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room seemed freshly painted. The TV had YouTube access the bed was comfy but towards the firm side. Good shower but it lacked a shower curtain. Decent sized room for one or two. I would have liked a small refrigerator. They have a curious rule of a corkage fee for alcohol in the room. Don’t know how they could enforce that but…anyway I liked the place more than the Hotel Essencia down the street.

Hotel staffs are very accomodating. Aside from that hotel location is accessible to different transportation. I like their breakfast and tge ambiance inside the room. Worth trying.

Location was central the view out the window was 2 gas stations. It was very noisy all night. The room was clean and simple with a fairly thin hard mattress and 1 thin pillow each.Water pressure in the cr was low but the shower was electric so was ok. The wifi signal was bad and could not connect most of the time. The suit I had was the matrimonial but I will not be taking my wife there again this hotel is suitable for a 1 night stay for single travelers who just need a bed to rest. The breakfast also was disappointing.Theres better places for similar cost.
