I can confirm that all the positive ratings are justified. This is a well managed, well maintained, modern hotel that is offering good value for around 1700 pesos. There are a few shortcomings that may be relevant to some people, but weren't for me:
- There is no fridge
- The beds are unsuitable for tall people as they are only 1,80 meters long
- They don't provide free drinking water
- The family rooms don't have windows

It is walking distance from alot of food places and shopping malls. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely worth the amount spent.

This is a very basic hotel. A room, a bed and a bathroom. Bring your own water. No fridge. It's location is great and to be honest, you get what you pay for. It was the cheapest hotel I could find so close to the water. If you're just there to sleep and refresh yourself. It's cool.

Rooms are very clean
Bed, sheets, and pillows feels like from a more expensive hotel
Aircon in my room could be stronger,, because the room was bigger than the other rooms but the AC was the same size.
Wifi was great though was able to work properly
Bathroom is also pretty good, toilet is superb.
Shower is great. Water flow is great.
For th price, this hotel is a bargain

This is one of the best hotels in Dumaguete City. It's within walking distance to downtown and the room is squeaky clean. We extended our stay but have to check out early and the receptionist adjusted our room rate without the breakfast. In short, easy arrangement and quick assistance. The security guard also helped us carry the balikbayan box upstairs. I am a frequent traveler and stayed in so many hotels in this city but this newly-built hotel exceeds the standard. Keep it up, surely will book again!!!
