哈姆雷特民宿 (Hamlet Bed & Breakfast)

位置很好！不用爬樓梯！性價比高！在老城中央大街附近，從入口步行5分鐘平地的路就到了～早餐有麵包火腿果汁，店主是一對老夫婦很親切！房間是復古風格，但還是乾淨的

老奶奶經營的小BB，應該是全古城最便宜的,850RMB拿下，住起來滿舒適不過信號不好需注意，無線網非常差。裝修雖然古老但起碼是四星級。 注意十一點需退房，遲退房奶奶會生氣QQ

After booking the room in the old town I located the hotel and I wastold the room will be ready at 3pm .when I showed up I was told I didn't have a room that it was rented to someone else. Then they told me I could go to their second hotel studio about 10 minutes away by car. The room was terrible, took a shower and the entire room floor flooded, no service until the next day. TV not working. Horrible experience

酒店位於杜布羅夫尼克老城內，位置相當優越，但是這個民宿酒店估計有100年以上的歷史了，因為老舊，所以房內設施一般，衞生間沒有排氣扇，沒有杯子（漱口杯都沒有），房內櫃子一股黴味，早餐9:00-10:00，真正的簡餐。房東長者善於溝通，人不錯。

Awful experience, day of arrival I got a call my room was no longer available try to send me to a different hotel but refused to provide me with name and location of the place ,order airport transfer trough them but no one show up, they did not let me check in till 5 in the evening,the entrance of the hotel smell like sewage and the room has no air and smell pretty bad, the bed is from the 1960, soaps dispenser broken , I unfortunately stay there 3 night( owner refused to reimburse even tough I point out to him all the problems)they never clean up the room of give a change/fresh towel , I pay for breakfast, but breakfast is only served from 9 to 10 am. Save your cash and spend it on someone else

The staff were amazing and accomodating 5 stars for them . I am a seasoned traveler world wide and I have stayed in a lot of 3-4 star places but this one I would rate as a 1.5 star. I was so disappointed in my room it looked like a run down storage room not like a nice comfortable room like the pictures display at all on the booking site. There was no air-conditioner as stated in the amenities list, nor was there a TV as stated in the amenities list as both TV and Air-conditioner were not working there was an issue with the room door unlocking it . Also the bedroom flooring was old and worn carpet that had stains and dried vomit on it. There is no safe in the bedroom as stated. There was an air cooler and pedestal fan in the room which only just made it bearable on a hot day and night. There is no parking if you have a car . There are five flights of narrow stair to climb with luggage. If your on the top floor. There is not lift. The room has a very much lowered wedge shape wall /ceiling that takes up a lot of room and you can injure your head if your not careful in the dark. There is no concierge as stated in fact most of what has been stated as the amenities and parking is a big lie as they either don't exist or they don't work. With what I paid I could gave gotten a better room for the same money somewhere. The managerr never showed up so I could talk to them about the issues. From what I have read else where in reviews this accomodation is really bad and in my thoughts this place and the owner of this business need a good shake up or shut down as they really don't care about the clients. It just about ripping people off and taking money. I highly recommend not booking this place as it is really bad.

위치및 서비스는 아주 좋음. 시설은 구시가내에 있다보니 그냥 견딜만수준이지만 위치가 모든것을 다 만족하게함

房間風格特別有意思，早餐的咖啡超好吃
