萊拉酒店地理位置適中，交通方便，坐4號車，每人歐羅2.5，來回酒店及舊城區。如果買城牆套票（$40歐羅）已可任坐巴士及參觀museum。 酒店衞生，早餐食物豐富。 由酒店職員代call 的士到main bus stop ，的士收費歐羅18。

雖然遠離舊城區，但步行至巴士站只需3分鐘，附近仲有street food和地道餐廳。冷氣足夠，但因為房間在1樓，窗外無景睇，只望對面屋既窗。此酒店受旅行團歡迎，入住當天已見至少兩團(韓國團和外國人團)入住。酒店房間的隔音有啲差，會聽到住客係走廊的對話。

The hotel is very big and the rooms are a good size. However, it is very busy and it is impossible to get a bed at the pool or sometimes go to the gym. It is about 25 minute walk to the old town

크로아티아 두번째 여행. 첫번째는 성투어만으로 스쳐지나던 곳을 이번엔 이틀연속 성투어를 계확하여 머물게된 숙소.. 반짝 주차도 너무 편하고 찾기는 더편하고.. 주변 버스투어하긴 더더욱 편한 위치선정. 룸 컨디션은 쾌적. 정갈했구요. 조식도 깔끔했어요. 맘에 퍽 많이 흡족하네요. 패쓰구입도 퍽간편. ^^

Gostei de tudo no hotel. Para quem gosta de caminhar, o hotel tem uma localização perfeita: a uma curta caminhada da região murada e, para o lado oposto, a uma curta caminhada da região de bares e restaurantes. Gostamos de tudo. Da decoração, dos ambientes, do café da manhã variado e saboroso, Agradecimento especial ao Sr Igor, que teve a sensibilidade e empatia ao resolver o problema que lhe apresentei. Obrigada, Sr Igor, você contribuiu que que minhas memórias deste estadia fossem inesquecíveis.

Fast check in and I would really recommend staying here. There is a good variety of food for morning breakfast. Walkable to the old town! My room has a partial sea view.

The hotel room is fair in size & a little bit old. The location is good. Reception staff is friendly but the manner of restaurant manager (Robert) to the customer is very poor and pay no respect to customers. I have booked to stay 2 nights with my family with breakfast & dinners. The first night dinner I tried to the dinner. I didn’t criticise the limited choice but customer services provided by the manager is very bad. His staff accidentally threw down the bottle of beer and made dirty to my clothes, table and the floor. The manager just stood nearby but took no actions either to apologise or clean up the table and floor that left them to our customers to clean up by myself even the floor. After dinner, i found the two waiters being busy for serving the other customers. Then I waved to the manager standing next to my table to pay the bill but he ignored my repeats requests and about turn to his face to other side. He was very impolite and unprofessional.

Hotel situado a unos 20 min andando del centro histórico (4 paradas de bus; la correspondiente al hotel está muy cerca). Personal muy amable. La habitación era funcional, camas cómodas. El baño era pequeño. Piscina no grande y no demasiadas hamacas para lo grande que es el hotel. Desayuno correcto. Aparcamiento gratuito, que se agradece porque no hay muchas plazas cerca y parece que son todas de pago.

Hotel Lero Hotel Lero was a great choice during my time in Dubrovnik. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff were welcoming, and the breakfast had a nice variety. It’s a short walk or quick drive to both the Old Town and the boat port, which made getting around really easy. Would happily stay again!
