酒店位置好，周邊環境好，離火車站.巴士站都近出行很便利，周圍有很多各種餐廳，酒店是背對背服務，客廳裡有微波爐，可加熱簡單食品。

We had this accommodation booked before reading reviews, which didn't paint a pretty picture. However we found it to be absolutely fine. It was neither damp, smelly or dirty. The location was perfect for our plans. Entry was very easy with the code. I'm not sure I'd recommend it but we had no issues and we would book again.

A beautiful Dublin townhouse in leafy Ballsbridge. Only a 2 minute walk to Landsdowne road to the Aviva Stadium and the Dart rail service. A 5 minute walk both ways to some lovely restaurants, cafes and bars so an ideal location. I stayed here because I had a Visa appointment at the US embassy which is also only a 5 minute stroll from the hotel door. The room was clean and very spacious, high ceilings and large windows. Microwave and fridge in the lounge which came in very handy as we had brought our own breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only negative was one of the curtains in the bedroom seemed to have come off its rail and was half hanging down and could not be fixed because the window was too high!! However it just about covered the window to block the street lights so no big deal. Just to note, check out is 10am which is earlier than other hotels and the cleaners were knocking on the door at 9.55 so it's pretty much on the dot!!

This is a grand old house in a great location. However, It’s not a 4 star premises. Very tired and no professionalism any shape or form in its operation. . Room was tired with scruffy furniture that looks like it came from the back of a second hand charity shop. That being said, the room was clean, bed comfortable and heater worked once I figured out how to work via the damaged control buttons. Overall, it’s not what you expect from a 4 start venue so not worth the money.

Una habitación limpia y muy cómoda. Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila. A unos 30 minutos caminando al centro. Y una fácil conexión con el aeropuerto. El recepcionista muy agradable y cordial. Lo recomiendo.

O espaço é bastante acolhedor. Fomos muito bem recebidos, com tudo o que precisávamos. No dia seguinte à nossa chegada tivemos limpeza do quarto. Está muito bem localizado, numa zona calma e agradável, em que é possível ir até ao centro de Dublin a pé.
