房間不錯，辦理入住時因為沒有櫃檯遇到了一點小插曲，需要先跟飯店確認好房間及入住密碼，但整體還是不錯的體驗

A beautiful Dublin townhouse in leafy Ballsbridge. Only a 2 minute walk to Landsdowne road to the Aviva Stadium and the Dart rail service. A 5 minute walk both ways to some lovely restaurants, cafes and bars so an ideal location. I stayed here because I had a Visa appointment at the US embassy which is also only a 5 minute stroll from the hotel door. The room was clean and very spacious, high ceilings and large windows. Microwave and fridge in the lounge which came in very handy as we had brought our own breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only negative was one of the curtains in the bedroom seemed to have come off its rail and was half hanging down and could not be fixed because the window was too high!! However it just about covered the window to block the street lights so no big deal. Just to note, check out is 10am which is earlier than other hotels and the cleaners were knocking on the door at 9.55 so it's pretty much on the dot!!

Had an awful experience trying to check in our code were never sent to enter the building, there’s no reception just a phone number to ring which we spent a whole HOUR calling and nobody picked up! When we asked at 7am the next morning to book another night we were told we had to wait for the manager who never showed up to work and then phoned at 11am to say there were no rooms available despite there still being rooms to book online. All in all was not a good experience and I won’t be going back.

We had this accommodation booked before reading reviews, which didn't paint a pretty picture. However we found it to be absolutely fine. It was neither damp, smelly or dirty. The location was perfect for our plans. Entry was very easy with the code. I'm not sure I'd recommend it but we had no issues and we would book again.
