I recently stayed at the Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin and found its location on O'Connell Street to be exceptionally convenient for exploring Dublin's main attractions. The room was clean and featured a mini-fridge, which was useful for keeping drinks cool. However, the breakfast experience was underwhelming. The selection lacked variety, and the quality didn't meet expectations. Additionally, the lobby area felt cramped during peak times, making it less inviting for relaxation. While the hotel's central location is a significant advantage, improvements in breakfast offerings and lobby comfort would enhance the overall guest experience.

Excellent communal space, superb location. Room assigned really was poor - opposite ice machine, overlooking a building and AC machine so it was really noisy. Great bathroom though

酒店位置很好，離主要的步行街很近，大堂也比較有特色。房間尚可，也會提前根據入住人數鋪好梳化床。但服務確實太慢，我們是三人入住，想把大被子換成2床單人被，打了3-4個電話都沒人來，幾小時後決定將就湊合一晚，housekeeping 的人來了，才搞清楚需求，又過了一刻鐘左右告知酒店沒有單人被了😂，又給拿了床雙人被。服務還有待提升

入住了五天，第一晚的房間比較細，而且相對靠近製冰機 會有一點兒嘈吵，後面預訂的房間比較大，舒適安靜，非常靠近市中心出入非常方便。附近有便利店大型商場各類不同的餐廳。
