호텔에서 특별 이벤트도 해주시공~ 아이와 가기에는 최고인듯 해요~ 생긴지 얼만안된데라 후기도 거의없고 하루에 방청소 2번 해주시고 팜주메이라ㆍ쇼핑몰 까지 무료셔틀 가능하구요 무엇보다 수영장은 최고인듯 싶어요 팜주메이라 전망대 가도 호텔이 아쥬 잘보일정도로 수영장은 최고인듯요~ 한국사람 한명도 못봤네요(그래서 더 외국을 느끼고 즐기고 왔어요♡)

Lovely stay at the taj resort. It’s very clean, smells great and has tons of natural light. The reception was very friendly and warm. The highlight was the pool and private beach area. I’ll definitely be coming again. Great location, clean and spacious rooms and amazing common areas and food!

Hotel facilities were excellent and the service throughout was impeccable. We really enjoyed the food as we are fans of Indian cuisine, as well as the other plentiful options at breakfast. The pool table and darts board in the roaring rabbit were slightly dated but still good fun. While the location itself was excellent, getting to and from the hotel was not straight forward when visiting other parts of Dubai; while the shuttles to the mall during the day are very useful you need a taxi to get back late at night which isn’t always practical. Perhaps the hotels on the palm could arrange a late night bus service. Overall an absolutely incredible stay, with amazing hospitality and service throughout from absolutely all the staff. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at and look forward to visiting again.

這個酒店真的挺矛盾的。先説優點吧，印度品牌的酒店。位置在棕櫚島。陽台可以看到亞特蘭蒂斯。大堂出來可以看到帆船。服務不錯。衞生一天打掃好幾遍。我找到前台要求換房間。經理也立刻辦理了。check in不需要去前台。護照給他們就會幫你辦理。還有歡迎飲料酸甜可口。水是玻璃瓶裝的。一天很多瓶補給。裝修很新看著也不錯。看著想走高端路線。。。雙人床很大還可以可拼起來。 再説缺點，等了約1.5小時、分到的房間如圖一，我感覺這樣的房間應該是給，到的太早或者太遲的客人，用於升房給的海景吧。可我定的是豪華海景房。不僅在一樓還是酒店最右邊拐角的房間，前面到處是遮擋物，房間裡一股印度食物的味道，不知道是不是區別對待，很讓人惱火。後來換的房間景色不錯。但是陽台如圖二所示。又窄又短。度假村酒店的陽台這樣設計有點匪夷所思。我定的含兩餐，3800一晚，晚上的自助餐差的離譜，沒有任何海鮮，蝦都沒有，屬於我在國內絕不會去吃的水平。洗漱用品是玻璃小罐子和木頭塞子，用起來非常彆扭也不安全。

The hotel staff all well trained, such a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.  They concentrated 100% on our stay and all very small details were taken care of.  I highly recommend this hotel for all couples stay, as it’s so clean, quiet and many wonderful facilities.  You will find the lady playing the piano or violin and the staff will be supper happy to assist you always.  The breakfast options are so wide and the most interesting is the 5 stars Indian restaurant in the hotel.  See you again soon!  Afif

ความสะอาดแย่มาก ทำไม่ละเอียดเลย วางของอะไรไว้ก็ยังอยู่ที่เดิมไม่มีการเช็ด ส่วนในห้องตกแต่งค่อนข้างเชย และใช้วัสดุราคาถูก โซฟาเหมือน ikea  แต่บริการดี พนักงานกระตือรือร้นในการดูแลลูกค้า
