They have problem with their housekeeping, but imposed the fined on us. As a frequent traveller, this is our first time facing this kind of issue. very dispointed with what we have to go through after 5 nights stay and keep thinking on the what kind of pillow we slept for 5 nights.

First at all our room was changed from the back side to first line as a “compliment” from the hotel, until I realised that there is a 24 hour repair at the beach, every day continuing 10 days and nights with these machines working all the time!!! Very loudly in the room, louder at the pool, can’t sleep 😴 discusting!!! Second of all: the room cleaners are from India 🇮🇳 and Pakistan 🇵🇰, and € 300 missed from my personal wallet ( my bad, that didn’t use the safe). After a lot of talks with a guy who is responsible for the safety there, he told me that couldn’t find my money at the room cleaners and suggest me to call the police for checking the fingerprints on my wallet, if they match with these of the cleaners than there would have an investigation… This maybe would took all the time from my vacation and I refused!!! Very disappointing vacation, Dubai is the best place for relax, BUT NEVER in this place again, NEVER 👎! P.S. The service at the restaurant, the food is perfect 👍
