I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The place was disgustingly dirty, to the point where it doesn't even deserve to be called a hotel. The blanket sheets were stained and turned dark from being reused over and over, and the walls had peeling paint and falling colors as soon as you entered. The wooden floors were covered in wax, making everything look cheap and dirty. The lobby was no better—there was a dark black stain on the seating area, and it smelled like sweat. There was loud noise from a nearby nightclub throughout the night, constant sounds from planes landing every 15 minutes, and construction noise coming from the lobby area. It was impossible to get a good night’s rest. When I asked about a late check-out, the manager informed me that the latest possible check-out was 1 PM, and for each additional hour, I would have to pay an extra 75 AED. For a room that cost 159 AED for the night, this felt incredibly unreasonable. However, I do want to give credit where it’s due—the staff were all very kind, supportive, and always smiling. I am grateful for their warm attitude, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall state of the hotel. I hope I never have to stay here again. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

New owners have come in and changed everything. Now you gotta pay 200 dirham to use steam room and jacuzzi and there’s no more buffet breakfast people. Twice a year for a week each last 10 years I stay in hues but sadly I won’t return untill steam sauna and jacuzzi free for guests again. I also checked out 3 days early. It’s almost like their cost cutting leaving you half empty shampoo and lotion. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere

Every thing was very bad location and the room , toilet and even the box of tissue not clean!!! The bed and items not clean the floor ! And the tv very old model !!!! Bad choice and the price same like other hotels was perfect to be honest i spend the days in very bad mood can’t wait to leave

Otelde oda kahvaltı olarak kaldık. Havuz jakuzi mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı alakart servis edildi. Doyurucu ve lezzetli idi. Ücretsiz otopark hizmeti çok iyiydi. Oteli tavsiye ediyorum.

色調精品酒店將就還説的過去，雖然設備很老舊，但是住著還能睡得著，但是建議別去，真的跟圖片不一樣。重點來了，我就想説説該酒店左手邊大概500米遠的“陽光金沙海景酒店Sun & Sands Sea View Hotel”，純純的一個騙子酒店，跟照片完全兩回事，清一色的****，酒店裡麵全是狐臭味，房間裡面也是，裝修特別像**，而且老舊，走廊更是嚇人，所處區域是***、**聚集區，中國人建議不要去，別問我怎麼知道的，我之前不知道，看圖片訂的，但是在這之前先訂了一晚上色調精品酒店，然後看訂的陽光金沙海景酒店就在旁邊，就提前去查看了下房間，親身體驗的，親眼看到的，回去之後果斷退訂，結果還被告知我已經入住了，其實壓根沒入住，而且當天我還在色調精品酒店裡麵，怎麼可能去住這個破爛的陽光金沙海景酒店，把我房錢都扣了，華泰保險還不給補償退款，最後訂房網站平台給我補償了一些損失，在此感謝訂房網站。同時，對於華泰保險的行為，深感遺憾，垃圾保險，我買這個保險的意義何在？？？這個陽光金沙海景酒店爛成這樣，我退訂不可以嗎？不給退款補償？？？最後，大家千萬不要去住這個區域的酒店，臟亂差到極致，千萬別被照片給騙了！
