床單被罩沒洗有異味 房間挺大 性價比很高 如果床單換洗 下次還會去住 廚房設施完善 沙發 餐桌都有 空調無法控制溫度 配得上這個價格 整體還不錯

I checked out a day before my booking was over. The intercom started working on the last day. The door was jam and could not close. No cleanliness. All the other services were also too low quality. Even after constantly following with the staff, there were no solutions.

WORST and SCARY Hotel, I am a lady travelling alone and booked this Hotel considering Hotel Apartment and it’s location but I had worst and nightmare experience, while checking in one lady with her child n husband was checking out and complains about dirty sheets, broken microwave and fridge, another man walked in complaint about geyser not working, despite all these alarming signs I checked in as I had already paid and thought of continuing for a night. Firstly as I entered my room AC was making lot of noise and they had balcony but they close n lock it. After so many requests they allowed to open balcony but till night 10 pm they weren’t able to find keys for balcony of my room. At 10 pm front desk incharge Nadeem shifted me to another room at 7th floor, I was tired just had food and planned to sleep. At around 2 am in night I heard someone opening my door from outside and ran towards door the housekeeping staff was opening my door at night from outside I was so scared I asked him what does he want he earlier said he came to give me pillow cover. I mean seriously ? Alone girl in room you try open door from outside for pillow cover at 2 am ? I was so so so scared I had to call police n by the time it was 3 am and had no option to just sit and wait for morning and check out. Next day morning their manager niyash firstly tried arguing with me that it was a mistake but then he also assured me that he will cancel my booking and refund me the amount as an apology but next day when 訂房網站 people informed me that hotel has refused the refund I called this manager and he clearly said I will not refund you you can go and do whatever you want. I mean seriously, guys I’m writing this long feedback so that you don’t have to go through any such incident which effected me mentally so much that after this I wasn’t able to sleep properly at night in any hotel and had to shorten my 訂房網站. Afterwards from my known local people I got to know that this is a shady hotel and used for various illegal activities too. So please if you want to save your time, life and money avoid this hotel at any costs. I was lucky enough to get up at 2am and catch that guy before anything worse happened.

Очень хороший теплый бассейн на крыше. Расположение рядом с метро и ресторанами. Огромный минус тараканы. Если попросить то персонал обрабатывает спреем и тараканы пропадают. Дважды просили обработать. Потом тараканы снова появились и в третий раз уже не пришли обрабатывать. В ванной грязно такое ощущение что вообще не моют пол. Если бы в эти апартаменты добавить чистоту , то они были бы идеальны за такие деньги.

Great place to stay. Was upgraded to single bed room apartment. Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Only had issues with Pillow. Else a great stay
