It's the best price/performance hotel. The only problem is the absence of the hot water. You don't need to pay any deposit. The rooms are big enough. The housekeeping staff are polite. I am happy with my reservation here. I hope the hot water problem can be solved soon.

房間的設施比較老舊，健身房還可以。隔音差，最主要是居住的多為印巴人，晚上很吵，算是杜拜住了這麼多酒店中比較不推薦的一個。

I booked an 8-night stay at this property, but since day one, I’ve encountered numerous cockroaches in the bathroom, near the television, and even inside the minibar. I was too afraid to open my luggage, fearing that the cockroaches might get in. This is my first time experiencing such an issue, especially in Dubai, where hygiene standards are known to be very strict. After enduring 4 nights, I couldn’t take it anymore. I complained to both the housekeeping manager and the front office manager, but was made to wait 4 hours without any feedback. They offered me a room transfer, but it was to a room of the same poor quality and still dirty. I refused and opted to cut my stay short and get a refund. I will never recommend this hotel. Management needs to address this serious hygiene issue.
