前台和見到的服務人員都不錯。酒店位置有點偏僻在一個新的人工島上，而且外面都在施工，晚上有點吵。早餐偏白人，亞洲口味少。

訂了全食宿房間，包早午晚三餐，早餐食8/F國際自助餐款式多，午餐食海灘餐廳單點包前菜、小食、主食和甜品，晚餐食阿根廷餐廳單點很好味，另一晚食泰國餐廳自助餐。除了早餐，午餐和晚餐不包飲品，飲品另外收費。酒店水上樂園比較細，而且多人。

第一次對訂房網站定的9:00如此的不滿意，原本定了是兩個床的房間，到了9:00等到了下午3:00拿到了一個角落的大床房，然後又拖著行李回到了前台跟前台工作人員溝通，但是前台是沒有中文服務的，所以一直在強調，我們訂的房間就是雙床房，但是酒店給我看了酒店的系統，他們收到的訊息就是這個房型並不是我在訂房網站上訂的房型，所以他們讓我自己要去跟訂房網站協商，後來看我態度比較強硬，就又幫我安排了一個房間，也是角落的房間，後來看出來我比較不好溝通，然後又給我換了一個比較中間的位置，酒店內部房間不是很好，比較久但是酒店的工作人員都是比較熱情的。訂房網站需要給我合理的解釋🙄

Wonderful Stay with Great Facilities and Service – Some Areas for Improvement We had a very good experience during our stay at the hotel. The highlights of our visit were definitely the water park, lazy river, pools, and various family-friendly activities—they were all well-maintained and enjoyable for all ages. We especially loved the dinner buffet at Suan Bua Thai Restaurant. The spread was extensive with a great variety of delicious dishes. The buffet breakfast was equally satisfying with a wide selection of tasty options to choose from. The spa facilities and services were also excellent and added a nice touch of relaxation to our 訂房網站. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Despite having a confirmed room booking, our check-in was delayed and the room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel did try to make up for it by offering a late check-out by two hours, which we appreciated. Another aspect that could be enhanced is the ambience and interior design of the hotel rooms and restaurants. While clean and functional, the decor could use a refresh to better match the overall experience. One small suggestion: we couldn’t find a nice spot in the lobby or common areas to take a family picture with a good background or hotel name. Adding a dedicated photo wall or scenic corner would be a great idea for families and guests wanting to capture memories. Overall, a great stay with lots to enjoy, and we would consider returning again with hopes that a few improvements are made.

雖然不在棕櫚島而是在另一個島上，但是酒店真的好的沒話説，全家人住下來性價比比棕櫚島和市中心的酒店好太多了，是我們在杜拜住過三家酒店對比下來最好的一家。這是一個正在開發的島，但是位置並不遠，很方便。酒店房間很大很乾凈，海景無敵，游泳池很多，水上遊樂設施也很多，根本玩不過來。有好幾個餐廳，都可以吃早餐，晚餐選擇也很多。服務周到熱情，給我們升級了房間，見到小朋友都主動問候。帶家人來度假的話，絕對沒錯的選擇。

Had a great stay in this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, it was a great family spot. I have to make a shout out to a guy at the concierge called Moses, he went out of his way to help at 4am in the morning when my daughter got sick. Slightly far away from Major attractions but the shuttle service to the Dubai mall was good. I’d recommend it if you are after a family friendly beach spot.

I like the hotel because a lot of activities for children But when I do check in I’m waiting more than 1 hours I recommend have more number of staff in reception also the parking in hotel bad because they throw my car in the sun 3 days, than bring my car dirty  Also every time we wait for breakfast more than half in hours .
