設施:不錯 屋頂泳池很棒 衞生:還比較乾淨 房間也大 環境:離機場T1客運大樓比較近 有機場班車 整點從酒店出發 半點從機場出發 服務:這個比較一般 前台的人非常慢 講不明白班車時間且對歐美人是另一副嘴臉

This was a mixed bag. There were good things and there were things that could've been better. On the good side were the staff downstairs. Maria kindly gave me late check out and Genelyn was a lot of fun. She organized a driver for me to look around Dubai. The room size was good and the pillows allowed for a comfortable sleep. On the other hand, my room looked a little unclean. There was water on the carpet. I only found out after standing on it and getting wet socks. Parts of the room looked a little old and used. All in all though I believe that I got value for money.

Subject: Serious Complaint Regarding Elevator Incident and Unprofessional Conduct I recently had an alarming and deeply upsetting experience at your hotel. I became stuck in the elevator with no ability to go up or down. Despite repeatedly pressing the alarm and knowing there was a camera present, no one responded. This caused me significant distress, leading to a headache and a full-blown anxiety attack. Thankfully, the elevator eventually descended on its own, allowing me to get out. Following this, I reported the issue to the cluster duty manager, Zakariyae Bensbih. Unfortunately, his response was shockingly unprofessional. He offered what seemed like a minimal gesture of compensation—one free meal for myself and a friend, with 50% off for any additional friends—then changed the terms entirely. Worse, he spoke rudely and disrespectfully to his own staff in front of guests, which was both embarrassing and unacceptable. During our visit, my friends and I witnessed Mr. Bensbih yelling at Ferdous from the restaurant team, who was simply doing his job. Ferrous was polite and professional throughout, and did not deserve that treatment. On a more positive note, I want to commend Sarita, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. She was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the lack of safety and professionalism I encountered.

Mr Nawaf, The GM. Mr. Shehab, assistant manager are just unbelievable is respect, class, god looking, loving the guests ans helping everyone. I honestly have not seen such wonderful team in any hotel other then the Grand Mercuric and Ibis Hotel Dubai Airport. I like yo thank you for such accommodations.

The breakfast is optional for vegetarians and good. I didn't expect much for the Room service but it was delicious 🤤 The room size is comfortable for me and the amenities in the room are useful and great service. Awesome staff: restaurants, Front team, housekeeping. Location : convenient to take the metro red line to the world Trade Centre and just 2 stations from Airport terminal 3. I deducted 1 star for the cleanliness of the first day so I asked them to make it again even though it was late at night.

因為早班航班,選擇了離機場近的美爵酒店,酒店位置非常好,旁邊就有大型的shoppingmall和家樂福超市,出行購物都非常方便,酒店房間也很大,整體入住體驗非常不錯。

Wonderful Experience – Special Thanks to Mr. Richard! I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, and I want to give a special thank you to Mr. Richard from Guest Services. His care, attention, and warm personality truly made my visit memorable. Mr. Richard is always ready to help with a genuine smile and a golden heart. He listened patiently, offered thoughtful recommendations, and guided me to all the must-visit places in the area. His dedication and hard work really stood out throughout my stay. He's not only professional but also incredibly kind—someone who makes guests feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel, and I especially want to thank Mr. Richard again.
