酒店位置好，出行方便，設施新，乾淨，房間大，住著很舒服。周邊環境好，可以看到高架橋的人工瀑布，還可以看到川流不息的車流，感受杜拜的繁華。服務人員很熱情，值得一提的是中國人住的比較多，有中式的麵條和稀飯，推薦！

**Disappointed by Front Desk Experience** I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was truly frustrating. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was cold and dismissive. No greeting, no smile—just a curt “ID and credit card.” I tried asking a few questions about the amenities and check-out time, but he seemed annoyed and uninterested, barely making eye contact. What really bothered me was the lack of professionalism. When I mentioned a concern about my room, he rolled her eyes and told me to “wait until housekeeping deals with it,” without offering any help or even acknowledging the inconvenience. I felt like I was interrupting her day rather than being welcomed as a guest. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire stay, and unfortunately, this one made me feel unwelcome from the start. I hope management takes this seriously and invests in proper customer service training.

Our flight plan has been changed from afternoon to night time. We asked for extension because we knew hotel was not overbooked. They denied it, only possible with daily charges as I asked the price they asked for 訂房網站le price as we paid. I booked again myself over 訂房網站.com for half price and asked at 11:00 the house keeping to clean the room that we are going to Dubai Mall for 2hrs. We came back after 3hrs and the room was not cleaned. I called concierge service to send someone  to clean. After 45 min. was nobody there and had to call two more times finally after 2 hrs someone arrived to clean it was already 3 PM the room was tidy. Bad service

朝8時半に著きましたが、チェックインできて助かりました。部屋はとても広く、ベッドや枕も快適でした。 ロビーの雰囲気もよく、カフェも素敵でした。 朝食も種類が豊富で、すぐに補充され、美味しかったです。 自分で席を探して座るので、混んでいると確かに見つけにくいですが、座れずに待つことはありませんでした。 次回行くことがあれば、また泊まりたいホテルです。 徒歩2分のところにスーパーやカフェがあり、便利です。
