I booked it and included food with it and when I went there the rooms were not very clean and there was no good food system when I visited there was no food there. He asked for a complet, he said that there is no omelette here, empty bread was kept there, after that I also drank coffee and juice there, and after that when he started to go out, he said that you have to pay here, I told him. That I have already paid for it They said no you have to pay again I showed them the booking they said no we don't have your booking I showed them the booking page but they again asked me for money this hotel b*** * is

太舊了，太老了，放國內就80塊錢的水平吧，要不是因為別的酒店都太貴了絕對不會來這裡的，90年代的水平吧

Hotel staff was nice and helpful but they needed me to ask every day for room service ,just to clean! Furniture is old too need to renew! On 2nd floor there is night club,was very loud , sometimes I can hear it from 9th floor . Location was good with good Skyline and there is many indian Restaurants near by . Compare to what I paid I rather increase my budget by 20% and go closer to business Bay .

The room wasn’t clean and the toilets floor are not cleaned and every time I had to call them fir house keeping and ontof of that they charge for cleaning fees which they don’t do

Not good at all. For checkin I was waiting for half hour at reception……..Rooms are tiny…….dont take 12 floor …..it is half section for spa…..and women’s working at spa will keep roaming and chatting till late night …..which can easily heard in the room……very annoying Bathroom were smelly……other room was nicely clean Overall to be avoided if possible
