設施：房間比較大，難得會有這麼大的房間。有洗衣機、冰箱、電磁爐，適合比較多天的商務型出差。也有辦公桌，方便辦公。早餐還算豐盛，比旁邊的Gevora好。窗簾有不能密實的拉上，這邊關了那邊漏光。水龍頭鬆鬆垮垮像快掉下來。這邊的酒店都是在浴缸裡面站浴，好奇怪。衞生：衞生還算可以。環境：靠近地鐵站，門口經常有的士在等客，處於市中心區，去哪都比較方便。邊上就有好幾個消費適中口味不錯的餐廳，走路可到的範圍內有一個家樂福超市。服務：這個酒店最讓我又愛又恨的地方就是，前台上一秒還在對歐美人微笑服務，下一秒到中國人了就板著個臉，態度區別太大了。每次去前台問個什麼，都一臉戒備的樣子。剛開始以為是我自己問題，後來在旁邊看到對中國人都這樣，無語了…

房間很大，是套房，有廚房微波爐洗衣機微波爐，可以做飯，設施比較陳舊，浴缸沒有打掃乾淨。兩瓶水喝完了，跟前台要兩瓶，冷冰冰回覆沒有。樓頂的泳池還行，比對面的福朋喜來登好。福朋是標準間，沒廚房洗衣機那些。不過就服務熱情來説，對面的福朋喜來登更好。

I had a great time here. I booked deluxe room because there was no choice when i booked. And it was big2 bedroom livingroom bathroom kitchen 2bathrooms also they have laundry machine. It is same like apartment. Breakfast was also so good and you can eat with nice view. Also it is almost 3-5min from metro station. They have free shuttle to emirates mall and some places. If you have plan to go Aquaventure or that jumeraih area you can use free shuttle to emirates mall and take a taxi to your destination. Receptions at front desk and breakfast restaurant are all so kind. You can walk to dubai mall like 20or 25minutes. We have walked that distance 3 4times. If you dont want to walk just take a metro to dubai mall station(we didnt know that😅)

房間設施齊備，就是一個大套房，有廚房，洗衣機，冰箱，電磁爐，微波爐，加熱食品太方便了。衞生間還有兩個，地理位置非常好，在commercial center地鐵站旁，走路幾分鐘就到，早餐豐富，本次行程中最佳酒店。

定的時候並無期待，想著中規中矩離地鐵近，也是可以的，但入住之後滿失望的。酒店整體老舊，房間亦如此，衞生間非常小，麼有牙刷，沙發地毯有點臟，我們沒有廚房的需求，相關設施沒有使用，客廳衹有紗窗，私隱不行。因為衞生不佳最後一天硬是忍著沒洗澡直接上了飛機。服務是整個旅行中最不熱情的，代客泊車不是在酒店正門口。另外我定的價格不便宜，臨近入住每晚還沒比我預訂時便宜了6百，更加鬱悶，沒有性價比。優點：離地鐵真的很近，離網紅黎巴嫩餐廳很近，還有網友推薦的老牌沙威瑪店真的好吃入住時有碰到小插曲，訂房網站客服很靠譜耐心幫助解決。

Location wise it is great its in DIFC My room has a view of the Burj Khalifa and the City view & next to Dusit Thani Hotel Their suite room is great it has all the facilities I need Walking distance to Metro Station has a mini grocery store for your essential needs Has a cafe, Lebanese and Indian Restaurant [I love the food quality at Narrah Restaurant Breakfast is good Their Pool at 47th Floor has the Burj Khalifa View At the back of the has "The Avenue Gate" Shopping mall w/ Carrefour grocery for essentials This is one metro away from Burj Khalifa The staff are great and accommodating :)

房間很寬敞，可以看到哈法利塔，去Dubai mall 也很近，大概1.5KM，離地鐵站很近，200M，周圍有一家美食店的捲餅很好吃，忘記名字啦

Thanks to sister precious the reception, she upgraded our room to suite, we really happy to stay there especially we can see burj Khalifa from our room window and from the leaving room, the hotel location near by the metro station and close to many restaurants, to bad we only stay for 1night,but will definitely comeback someday if we return to dubai

The location of Carlton Downtown is great. It’s close to the Financial Centre Metro station and only 1 station away from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. You can find food, supermarket, and pharmacy nearby the hotel. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. I stayed in suites which has kitchen and living room apart from the bedroom and bathroom. It’s so spacious! Staff are nice and helpful. You can ask for iron and hair dryer or anything, if you need it. Just call the front desk and they will send it to your room. They clean the room daily, if you request it by hanging the sign at the door. The hotel also has a coffee shop close to the lobby and several restaurants in this building. Moreover they have gym and spa, so you don’t have to find anywhere else. So staying here is very convenient and very worth from what I spent. I recommend Carlton Downtown if you are going to Dubai!
