The hotel was beautiful and had good parking facilities. The reception staff were very helpful. However, I found it strange that no towels were provided — even after cleaning, we didn’t receive fresh ones. When we requested them, we often received the wrong type (for example, one large towel and two bath mats instead of two large and two small towels). This happened several times. The elevator was also a major drawback, as we had to wait around 10 minutes each time.

之前長住了一個月，然後桌子壞了，很明顯是被鍋躺壞的，非要説是我弄壞的，還要扣我按金，在陽台抽了兩根煙非要説是因為抽煙壞的，真的很差，服務也差，也不差錢吧這麼大酒店非要想樓別人錢，噁心死了，再也不回來了

位置方便，價格合適，有露台，景色不錯~有淋浴和浴缸。帶小孩可以打開梳化床，挺大的。工作人員都很熱情，Naeim, Nisha, Uhesha還有半夜辦入住的Oshada，都很有耐心和幫忙。

останавливались на сутки при долгой пересадке. Отель очень понравился, месторасположение очень удобное , прямо за углом метро. Номер просторный очень чистый, постельное белоснежное. На стойке регистрации есть русскоговорящий персонал, что очень удобно, очень доброжелательные и участливые (Данилу спасибо :-)) если будем в Дубае с радостью вернемся. Отличное соотношение цена-качество-месторасположение.

Hotel is 30s from Dubai Internet City Metro, which is very outstanding from all other hotels. But all bathroom towel and drinking water bottles were removed by housekeeping everyday, but no refill nearly whole fiur days stay. This took over 90 mins and chased many times with room service call desk '0' to get refill. When direct ask room outside housekeeping refill, the staff will say later refill but disappear because their trolley never got that enough towel and water bottle refill after cleaning the room. Front desk and coceige are very nice ans willing to help, but room service is the worst I ever saw before. If hotel can improve room service part to refill the same number of towel and water bottles, mamy complaints should be easily avoided.
