L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité du métro, de nombreux restaurants et de supermarchés. Plusieurs magasins autour sont ouverts 24h/24. Le principal point faible reste la propreté : bien que les chambres soient grandes et spacieuses, le mobilier est très vieux et la salle de bain laisse à désirer. De plus, il y a beaucoup de bruit la nuit en raison de la boîte de nuit présente dans l’établissement.

It’s fairly clean. Spacious. But it is very noisy because there is a night club downstairs. I don’t think I sleep well. If you don’t mind the noise, it is a budget place. With a lot of food to try.

Een goed hotel, een perfecte service op alle fronten en de faciliteiten waren prima. Eten was niet van toepassing. Elke dag komen en gaan gasten. Dus was het verassend dat bij de receptie/incheck balie ik meteen herkend werd. Ondanks mijn eerste kennismaking van begin mei dit jaar. Toen was ik ook zeer tevreden, vandaar ik nu opnieuw geboekt had van 16 t/m 30 september 2025. Zeker bij mij eerst komende bezoek aan Dubai wil ik graag weer van dit hotel gebruik maken.

There is currently no hot water available. The quality of the product is not consistent with the images presented in the advertisement. The scent is reminiscent of cigarettes. The beds and pillows were not clean. The standard of cleaning is substandard. It is only recommended for a stay of one night and only in cases where a room at a low price is required.

Trop de bruit le soir la boîte de nuit jusqu'à 4h du matin Portent j'ai demandé une autre chambre il veulent pas Dommage j'ai payé les 6 jours le matelas n'ai pas confortable après le sommeil en a Mal au dos Le petit déjeuner pas de café que de nescafé je déconseille cette hôtel.

The location is really good and is convenient to go for shopping and find eateries. But it was very noisy at night because of the night club downstairs. The hotel is pretty old and the sound proof is not good. My next door parents were playing with their kids and yelled quite loudly. The hotel has swimming pool and gym but the water of the swimming pool needs a bit of cleaning and filtering. Apart from that, the price is good for breakfast included in Dubai.
