這個是新的酒店，預訂早點，應該不會很貴。服務非常好，無邊游泳池超級棒。有點小。但在這朱美拉海邊那裡，真是便宜的。

Staff are helpful, friendly, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. Very good value for money. Good location. Hotel is very well maintained and keep. Breakfast was great and tasty.

Это катастрофа. Перед отелем идёт стройка. Спать невозможно, работает какой- то прибор с жутким ноющим и ритмичным звуком. После жалоб и совместного прослушивания звука предложили номер на сторону дороги (был с видом на море), я обрадовалась, что наконец смогу доспать и утром уехать навсегда отсюда. Но нет!! Вынудили ночью складывать вещи (заняло час) и переезжать в другой номер (ещё час (утром встреча, в мятом не хочется идти) ). Ну и уснуть после всего этого уже не получилось. Вот и пишу отзыв об отдыхе. Отвратительно. Почему нельзя было пойти навстречу и разрешить собраться утром, при том, что номера свободные есть? В общем, отношение скотское, отпуск испорчен. Единственный светлый момент- русскоговорящий консьерж Давид. Очень пытался помочь, но правила отеля не предполагают уважительного отношения к нуждам постояльцев. В общем, смотрите, куда едете, и если где- то рядом намёк на строительство, ни в коем случае не бронируйте, и знайте, что здесь ночью стройку ради вашего сна никто не остановит. Нужен ли вам такой отдых?

The facility was pretty good but the service was far from ideal

Отель без своего пляжа , номера новые уютные , наверху есть бассейн небольшой , хорошая уборка , есть балкон .

Worst hotel I ever been, shower wasnt working, they tried to fix but couldnt, slippery and dangerous bathtub, horrible breakfast and needed to wait 30 min to have a table, hard as a stone almond croissant, nobody to help with luggage, noisy rooms, they did not put towels, breakfast sunny side up with hair in it…. I could continue… never ever this Hotel

الفندق نظيف ويعتبر جديد موقعه مميز جدا وأغلب طاقم العمل لطيفين وبشوشين اخص بالذكر مستر بوڤا ومستر مالك على لطفهم الشديد واهتمامهم وكذلك قسم ال Dining البنات لطيفات جدا ويقدموا الخدمة بكل ابتسامة وفرح اثناء تقديم الطلب في الغرفة .. طاقم الافطار الصباحي كذلك ودودين ولهم الشكر الجزيل كذلك حاملو الامتعة اشخاص محترمون لهم جزيل الشكر ولكن توجد ملاحظة على خدمة تنظيف الغرف بحاجة لمزيد من الاهتمام بالنظافة والتنظيف العميق ..

I booked a night at Tumbi Hotel on the Palm because I had friends staying nearby at the Fairmont, just a couple of hundred metres away. I live in Dubai, so I wasn’t looking to splurge on a resort-style stay. I wanted something convenient, comfortable, and affordable. Tumbi Hotel was exactly that, a great boutique style hotel.  The hotel is new, having only opened earlier this year, and it feels fresh and well put together. The staff were professional and welcoming. At check-in, Mary at the front desk upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. Valet parking was included, and my bag was brought up to the room for me, which was a nice touch. The room itself was well designed, very stylish and comfortable (with lotta of big mirrors). It wasn’t huge, but it was more than enough space for a solo stay. The furnishings were tasteful, the rain-style shower was great, and bottled water was already provided in the room. There was a mini fridge, though it wasn’t stocked, and there were all the usual amenities you’d expect. While the room did not have a major view, I was on the ninth floor and had a quiet outlook onto a neighboring building. There was no road noise or construction nearby, and I could even see a sliver of water if I looked to the side. Given the location, it was easy to get in and out of the hotel by car. It’s also just a short walk to the West Palm boardwalk and beach area. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was available until 11am, though I didn’t make it down in time. I was, however, granted a late checkout until 1pm, which made for a very relaxed departure. One small drawback was the television. It only had local free-to-air channels and no cable or international options. I didn’t figure out how to use the casting feature either. Overall, this was an excellent value stay. For a Friday night on the Palm, the price was very affordable. If you’re a Dubai resident looking for a short stay on the Palm without the high-end price tag, this hotel is a smart and comfortable choice. I would definitely stay here again.
