Staff here is exceptionally attentive and friendly, remembering our coffee orders by the second day. Also knowledgable about the surrounding area, recommending local places to dine and how to get there. As a traveler with family i recommend this hotel, the surrounding areas are modern and very clean and clean. Located right by the canal it’s nice to walk beside in the evening, hotel is very accessible location using taxi from the airport. I appreciated the cake and sweets sent to our room! Thank you for the staff for making this experience :)

第二次入住這裡，一如既往的滿意，服務依舊在線，除了早餐品種稍微減少外，其他都挺滿意的，下次來杜拜應該還會住這裡。

Palace Dubai Creek Harbour truly lives up to its five-star reputation. From outstanding customer service and warm hospitality to its prime location and impeccable cleanliness, every aspect ensures a memorable stay. The staff go above and beyond, showing great attention to detail and care for guests’ needs. A big shoutout to Julie, Modest, the reception and breakfast team for their exceptional warmth and attentiveness. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet and only wish we had more time to explore everything the hotel has to offer. We’ll definitely be returning for a longer visit!

真是的最差的五星級酒店，我住兩晚，打掃房間浴巾都不給更換，我去過這麼多國家住過呢麼多酒店，我第一次見打掃房間不給更換浴巾，用過的浴巾給疊一疊放到浴缸邊上，讓我繼續用嗎？這難道是五星級所謂的皇宮酒店該有的品質嗎，真是差，這輩子都不可能在選擇這個酒店，牙刷牙膏刮鬍刀也不提供，還的電話要，跟擠牙膏一樣一個個送，與其這樣你還不如改成四星得了

來看周杰倫演唱會。住在這邊非常方便，性價比非常高的酒店，非常新。各種設施完備。室內就像酒店的名稱一樣，室內設計風格像一個王宮一樣，阿拉伯風情和現代很好的融合在一起，服務也非常的棒，餐廳的工作人員非常的熱情和認真細緻，前台工作人員也非常的熱情。在雲溪港，附近非常現代化。來過幾次杜拜，這裡住的非常舒適。比很多幾千塊一晚的要好多了，健身房非常喜歡。

蜜月在杜拜的最後一晚非常生氣😤 杜拜住了四晚不同的酒店從700-1500不等這家和jw一樣算貴的也是我比較期待的因為雲溪港屬於新區酒店也很新沒想到體驗會這麼差服務：checkin的時候前台一個男生讓我們旁邊等一下問我們喝點啥我們説喝水然後遲遲沒有等到水也沒有等到辦理入住反而是後面晚到的給先辦了後來看我們有點煩躁了才叫的我們第二天我們退房的時候也看到了他給別人的歡迎飲料🥤我嚴重懷疑有歧視中國人的成分在衞生：杜拜的所有酒店不管價格都是非常乾淨的這是我第一次在酒店裡看到蟲子設施：作為一家新酒店連最基本的紙巾都沒有準備好裡面就一兩張 ok 總而言之這家新酒店其他的設施什麼的新我覺得是應該的他位置這麼偏這價格絕對是不便宜在更中心的區域可以住得更好如果能重來絕對不推薦
