Perfect 10-day stay! Excellent service, very kind staff, warm welcome, convenient parking, and ideal location. I sincerely thank all the staff for their professionalism, and especially the management, who are often forgotten in reviews. Good leadership is the foundation of great service and a motivated team – truly hats off 👏. The only small improvement: the dish rack in the kitchenette had some rust – replacing it would make everything flawless.

كانت إقامتنا لليلة واحدة بغرض السفر لقرب الفندق من المطار الشقة ذات ثلاث غرف نوم وأربع دورات مياة وصالة ومطبخ واسعة ونظيفة ومجهزة الخدمة في الاستقبال سريعة وسلسه يوجد مطعم صغير وبقاله مقابل مدخل الفندق تابعه له اذا زرت المدينة لاحقا سيكون الخيار الأول للإقامة أشكر موظف الاستقبال على الترحاب والخدمة السريعه لتسجيل الدخول

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at JOOD Hotel Apartment and had a truly excellent experience. Although my check-in was slightly delayed, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool and gym, and the location was perfect for both sightseeing and relaxation. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

去阿布扎比住了兩天又回來這裡，和萬豪公寓對比還是差了一檔，雖然標註的都是四星，這次前台男士非常nice，還幫我們升級了更大的房間，可是房間缺少的物品有好幾樣，溝通之後也沒有及時解決，導致最後一個晚上不太愉快。

The reservation instructions in Trip Advisor are not clear.
