Stayed for a night location was good I had a corner unit with canal view The room felt smaller compared to other hotels at the same price . Valet was busy so I parked myself Next time I would choose another option in the same price range

Отлично мебелированный номер, 2 санузла, из окна видно канал и башню Бурж Халифа (на переднем плане стройка, но не шумно). Приветливый и вежливый персонал, лишнего не просят. В бассейне выдают другие полотенца. Завтрак шикарный! Есть свежевыжатый морковный сок) Расположение отличное, есть бесплатные шаттлы до Дубай Молла и пляжа. Спасибо большое за пребывание! Предполагаю, что остановимся у Вас еще раз :-)

Good location if you have business in and around business bay , staff are mostly friendly and restaurant buffet and cocktails rather impressive , will certainly return. Some serious building works opposite, but besides that no complaints

Overall a good choice for travelers looking to spend most of the time outside of the hotel exploring the city. It’s a good location to call a cab, there is a convenient shop and coffee place next to the hotel. If you walk around the hotel area you can find a lot of food options.  The hotel itself has multiple options for food and drinks, however, I was left disappointed with the false advertising on their happy hour and ladies night promotions. These were promoted on an electronic device at the check in counter and when we went to check out the deals, I was told that they no longer offer ladies nights and that happy hour times had changed. This detail maybe be small but this was one of the factors I considered before choosing this hotel.  The rooms were clean and comfortable , the bed was soft, however, the shower wall is short which led to water spilling over, the hotel seems to be aware of the problem as they install a drain where the water collects but they haven’t extended the shower wall. Nevertheless, it was a good option and the staff was very helpful.

5 stars for all doorman, very kind and helpful. Location ok only as the weather is very hot. Would recommend staying at much nearer to mall for convenience otherwise will be spending a lot on taxi fees. Toilet always flooded and shower water not strong. Daily room service always gives 2 towels instead of 3, when there are 3 of us. Asked for extra pillows but was given 2 smelly pillows, manage to ask for exchange. But given pillow with strong lemongrass scent, not sure is the initial same pillow. Drinks and food prices are very expensive. I would recommend Careem apps for food delivery. Op for Burj Khalifa's view, thinking that we can see lighting on the building at night but our room facing the back of Burj Khalifa. Was a bit disappointed.
