We had a 12 hour stay at the hotel. It was fine for a layover stay but the main problem for us was noise level. At 1 am in the morning they were cleaning the room next door and they were too loud. We called the reception and they stopped cleaning. But 15 mins after our call, the cleaning guy knocked the door and was trying to explain me the noise wasn’t from them(!). They need more training about the job they’re doing.

這次杜拜行，隨行帶的國外孟加拉的員工，我們是南航Cz8005從廣州飛Dubai,南海飛機因機械故障耽誤了兩個小時，導致我們在杜拜轉機趕不上。我們是從杜拜飛約旦安曼，另外孟加拉員工護照進入阿拉伯國家需要簽證才能入境，導致我們在機場裡面住了一晚。在這裡很感謝訂房網站客服的細緻周到的服務，我們飛機北京時間凌晨才到杜拜機場T1客運大樓，然後出關拿行李在坐地鐵到T3客運大樓。這次商務出差，南航真是無語，希望小夥伴們後期不要坐南航出行國際航班。該酒店出了位置在機場，其他配置和服務都不好，價格還很貴。

Heel fijn om even te slapen in een veilige en schone omgeving. Ik had een hele lange overstap, en dit was echt perfect! Check-in en check-out ging heel vlot. Je moet even zoeken naar de locatie (concours B en dan de lift nemen naar boven), maar alsnog redelijk snel gevonden! Ik heb echt goed geslapen want de ruimte was ook heel stil.

超級棒，馬累回北京在杜拜轉機，到了杜拜是晚上9點多，第二程航班是第二天10:40，中轉13個小時，可以美美睡個好覺！

A very convenient place to stay - excellent reception very big clean rooms. We booked A concourse and it took us 5 minutes to our gate. No security while in transit. Convenient if you want to rest in Dubai for a night. Highly recommended. Thank you for the quick check in as we arrived late night.

房間很乾凈。就在機場裡面，轉機真的很方便。下樓就是餐廳和免稅店。退房直接把房卡放在電梯口的盒子裡麵就OK了。 唯一的問題是，在訂房網站預訂時已經標註了是2大1小，但是到了前台還是説房間衹能住2大，小朋友需要再交25美元。覺得很不能理解，然後又問是一個大床還是三張單人床，我説那就三張單人床，然後我又查了一下，這個錢是加床的費用？！搞得我莫名其妙的。
