Hello! We booked a two-night stay at your hotel, expecting to enjoy our time here. Unfortunately, several problems have disrupted our experience: The toilet sink is clogged. The blow dryer is broken. There is a power issue with the card holder, causing the electricity to repeatedly turn off. The in-room phone is not working properly, making it difficult to contact reception. This morning, when the power went off while my son was in the bathroom, he became very distressed as the lights suddenly turned off. This was extremely inconvenient and upsetting for us as my son is POD, He has Autism. The maintenance already came but I sincerely hope that no further problems arise during the rest of our booking. 入住等了很久才辦理 ，沒有人幫忙搬行李 ，房間很暗 ，衞生不好 ，房間也小 ，床單上有蟲子 ，用Wi-Fi也要收費 ，而且是按IP收費 三個人付款Wi-Fi金額就快五十人民幣 ，沒見過酒店收Wi-Fi費用，給前台打電話不接 ，十二點準時催退房 ，虛假宣傳 谷歌頁面有宣傳按摩室 但是到了之後説沒有

-The Hotel near Metro Al Rigga 5 minutes walk. - Have a supermarket near hotel. -Have the bar in the hotel. -Have 2 different bathrooms.If you want a Bathtub request in the box. -They have a deposit of 200 AED when you check-in and they will be returned after check-out.

10月中至11月初20來天中東3國出差，住過的所有酒店中服務最差的最糟糕的酒店，沒有之一！ 1.從機場到達酒店已是晚上23.30左右，訂了2間房，凌晨00.00第二間房都沒收拾好！前台的印籍小哥説，酒店每天下午14.才退房……OK, 下午14點退房，直到凌晨12.房間衞生都沒打掃完。記住這裡説的是14.退房！ 2. 到了零點以後，終於進房間了，房間地板粘腳！房間有很大的黴味兒。 3. 第二天一早告訴前台房間粘腳，直到中午也沒人去收拾。 4. 第三天因上午見客人，因前面前台説14.退房。所以下午臨近14.來退房，前台的不知是菲籍還是印籍的大姐又堅持説要中午12.退房…… 總而言之言而總之，這個Horrible的酒店是此次中東行最差的酒店。以後去杜拜也不會再住這裡！

十年老酒店，但是在德拉生活區，也就是以前的老杜拜，生活氣息濃郁，現在基本上都是南亞地區人的聚居地，以菲律賓為主，整個環境確實沒得business bay 高檔，不過離機場比較近！ 性價比高！酒店房間還好，就是設施比較老舊，然後空調外機聲音較大，隔壁也有正在施工的工地！

I stayed this hotel about a week and it was A night with no electricity for couple of hours and the worst WIFI ever, every time I try to connect with my laptop or phone it will say it’s unsecured Wifi and when it’s my time to checkout they charge me a wifi usage that I have no knowledge of it
