房間像個小木屋 很暖和 也比較乾淨 水龍頭舒服 不過其他設施有點老舊 沒啥服務可言 地理位置很方便 就在遊客中心邊上

Modern hotel conveniently located next door to the Loch Ness Experience. Very well equipped rooms, 4-star amenities including proper capsule coffee machine, kettle, heated towel rail, super nice shower, 4 side lamps and more than enough power points to charge all the phones and cameras! Well decorated with a decent bed, and convenient parking. Quiet at night (some road noise in the morning). Not far from village shops and bars. Very helpful reception staff (thank you Donald for the Glenfinnan tip!). Very minor niggles but the clothes rail was too high and the pillows a bit bouncy.

My friend and I had a great stay here. The hotel is clean, affordable, close to town, and the pizza we had for dinner was yummy. Most of all, the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Highly recommend!
