The room is ok but during my booking I requested a room far in lift because to avoid the loud noise! Because we have 2yr old daughter so we can have a nice sleep after a tiring whole day. But the hotel gave us a room beside the pool area and front of stairs! My daughter is crying until midnight because of the loud noises outside our room.

the hotel uses low or no scent cleaning products. this is a great step forward as many people have allergies to all the unneeded perfumes in the cleaners. perfume dose not make the sheets or rooms any cleaner. thanks for having the foresight to get rid of these products which cause health effects in many people. it is such an easy no cost fix. remember when you used to get a room that smelled of smoke and now you don't anymore and it is so much better for you and your kids. having a room smell like toliet bowl cleaner is the same. thanks again for getting rid of these products, clean air is so much better
