説真的，很差勁，在仙本那住的時候也沒這樣差勁過，水要麼冷要麼熱，一點都不準，也沒有提供洗髮露沐浴露，空調還是老式空調，無法調整溫度 真的服了

All was good except for the WiFi service. The staff were good. It has no lift by the way and our family room with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed was on the 2nd floor. Using only stair to lift up our baggage. This facility has it's own parking lot which save our time not to look for a space to park our car.

Это не гостиница, а дешевый придорожный мотель. Вокруг нет НИЧЕГО, но к аэропорту близко, минут 10-15 ехать. Воняет выхлопными газами в номере, подушки ужасные, простыни и полотенца грязные и застиранные.

I check out before 1pm and the reception told me the hotel rules customer should be check-out at 12:50 or I'll be compound rm10 for late check-out, later I show my booking history and it says check-out time was 1pm then she started apologize because she was mistaken and told me she don't know about 訂房網站.com and says that it should be 12:50 on Agoda and return my money as well.. but when I check on Agoda the checkout time was still 1pm.. what she trying to do with it?

The only reason I stayed here was because of it location near to the airport. Everything else is good in terms of experience except I was imposed with liability costing RM10 for soiling one piece of their towel. The soiling happened because I walked outside after the rain and my foot got into a mud spot. I came back to my room and I accidentally stepped on the towel. Bear in mind, I had to book their largest room meant for 4 pax because that was the only one available even though I stayed alone. Considering the occupancy is low for that large room, soiling one piece of towel does not justify a RM10 liability damage.
