new hotel, furniture and overall facilities still in good conditions, and clean, hope keep it up... but the toilet floor is slippery, need to be carefull, risk of fall.. dangerous to elderly. food still limited choices, no bread... usually bread are the basic food must have for hotel... so far my experienced, never encounter hotel no bread... no mirror in bedroom... ladies cant accept room without mirror.. hihihi... very inconvenient to use mirror in bathroom... room spacious for family, i booked room equipt with 1Q, 1S bed... one more thing..remote tv in chinese, cannot understand, no local tv channel (tv1,tv2.tv3, etc), netflix cannot open... no hotel subscription... become useless...

This is my fourth time staying at Majulan Hotel, mainly because it is very close to my family's house and the location is convenient for me. However, one issue that I hope the hotel will improve is the hot water system. During every stay, the hot water on Level 6 has been extremely slow, and sometimes there is barely any hot water available. As I was traveling with my 2-year-old child, this became even more inconvenient. My child needs to take a proper shower, but there was often no hot water available. We had to leave the shower running for almost 20 minutes just to get slightly lukewarm water, which is both frustrating and wasteful. Another disappointing experience is that the hot water system seems to be shut down during the middle of the night, making it impossible to take a proper hot shower. This has happened repeatedly during my stays and has affected my overall comfort. The hotel has a good location and reasonable facilities, but improving the hot water supply would greatly enhance the guest experience and encourage returning guests like myself to continue choosing this hotel.

the services were great . nothing bad,overall great and would likely to return again . just a suggestion that hoping the pool time can be extended to certain night hours maybe untill 10 . . the view was beautifull during the evening sunset hours

A new, modern 3-star hotel in ITCC Penampang that tries very hard to feel like a 4-star—and sometimes succeeds, sometimes politely declines. It’s generally rated very good (~8.8/10 to 4.6/5) by guests.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to shops and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the housekeeping team did a great job maintaining the room daily. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed me to rest well.
