I booked a king-size bed room, but they checked us into a room with two single beds, and it was very dirty. After I told them it was the wrong room, they moved us to a “king bed” room. However, the bed was not a king size—it was only 1.5 meters wide, while the listing on C訂房網站 stated it would be 1.8 meters wide. There was also no mirror no towel rack in the bathroom. It’s very inconvenient.

Semua okay cuma my room supposed to have a futon bed in it but there’s no futon bed in the living room and when i ask the owner about the futon bed they just bluetick my chat,hopefully they improve your customer service.

我想給0分，衹是程序不容許🤣🤣🤣蟑螂🪳到處爬， 床單看上去也是黑乎乎的。加個床就是黑乎乎的床墊。我家孩子説 頭一次是盼著結賬趕快走人的。 停車也不方便，找拿鑰匙也很不方便。 總之， 千萬別來了

There is no parking lot allocated. Have to turn round and round and round looking for parking. Room is not so clean and quite dusty. Even spotted few cockroaches in the toilet. Dustbin was damaged and unable to close. Bathroom itself having some heavy humid smell. Pillows too soft. Have to layer up two pillows in order to sleep. Wifi not working although connected. Shower room door handle too lose and almost easily getting damage. Pool and children playground is nice. Suitable for family.

房間很好，就是溝通的話我們需要用翻譯軟件溝通，不過那個服務員很有耐心 離機場是近的，我們是找的導遊很不錯，去哪都很方便

1. bilik ok sbb mmng mau studia room jd ngam la untuk yang mau double queen bed.. 2. kalau mau parking bebyr rm10 sehari d dlm jgn parking semberangan ar habis kena clam nnti byr 100 🤣 3. tmpt mandi kolam wajib pakai baju mandi no jersey 😄 tp tmpt mandi cantik tau 4. nasib baik dpt view cntik dri bilik 5. tmpt tinggal selesa nnti boleh repeat lagi senang cari makan d bawah saja ok itu saja setakat ni dari sudut pandangan aku 😁 9/10 ( 1 sbb parking susah kami nda mau yg bebyr sbb seminggu tdr sana jd kami parking d luar jalan kaki ke dalam ) selalu full d free parking 😂

Cleanliness a bit off.. kitchenware kinda oily. You need to re-wash before using it. On the other hand, the kitchen quite good, multicooker, refrigerator, microwave were provided. Set up like a minibar. Room space is spacious. Amenitites complete. Very good view from the window. You can see paddy field, and also sea view. The hotel also near to plaza 88.. you can get the best dessert at ‘Dear Friends’ dessert cafe.. the price also reasonable.
