We had a disappointing stay experience at this property. Upon arrival, we were not informed earlier that the unit was under maintenance for flooring issues. The condition of the unit was not suitable, especially for families with children, as parts of the flooring were damaged and unsafe. Several basic amenities were also not as expected. WiFi was not available even though it was listed, the air-conditioning in the master bedroom was not functioning properly (very warm), and one of the mirrors/fixtures felt unsafe as it was not properly secured. These issues affected the overall comfort of our stay. Communication was also not clear. We were only informed last minute about maintenance, and when we requested a unit change, we were told the property was fully booked. There was also confusion regarding check-in timing and additional hourly charges for late checkout (RM30/hour), which was not clearly explained earlier. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations due to the condition of the unit and lack of clear communication. We hope the management improves transparency and maintenance handling in the future for better guest experience.

Not a great experience, floor tiles are broken, no wifi, owner don't response to messages through 訂房網站.com. Don't have lines to hang the washed clothes. The pool always close.
