Beware the pictures of the room does not reflect the actual room given. I booked a family suite that was 35sqm and was given a tiny room. I complained about it and the hotel refused to do anything about it. The listing said tower A and hotel told me to walk all the way to the back to tower B, even gave me a shitter smaller view. Trip was not helpful in resolving the matter. Bedding was so thin you could see the branding on the mattress. Might as well not put any sheets. The bed was basically on the floor with how close it was to the ground. Pillows were so thin you might as well sleep without them. Tables provided wobbled. Can’t even use them properly. Chairs were uncomfortable. Left painful imprint after sitting for more than 5 mins. The toilet made an awful deafening screech when you turned the lights on. The room had no wifi, I talked to the reception and they just provided me with another wifi password. I gave up and just used data. The gym required people to sign in but there was no one to enforce it, just a table and with book and pen. The equipment was ok, but has no air conditioning and was very stuffy. The pool was forever cluttered with screaming kids. DO NOT book this place if you enjoy peace and quiet. I highly recommend other places in kota Kinabalu there are better places with the same or even cheaper rates 10/10 do not recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The location was convenient, close to shops and food places. The host was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Everything I needed was provided, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended and would definitely come again! ** I forgot to take photos during my stay🙏🏻

Absolutely loved our stay! The homestay was spotless and smelled amazing from the moment we walked in. The staff were incredibly friendly and responded to all our requests very quickly. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and welcoming experience!

i get this room with the most cheap price 260myr for 3 night. i very satisfied with my stay 🥰 10/10 for Mino Homestay i definitely will repeat👍🏼 The light have problem during first day and owner solved it in 5 minute only. This is the view for the room i stay really chill and relax.

Last minute booking but managed to check in within 30mins. Amazed by the prompt reply from the customer service. Room was spacious and overall is great except for some stains on pillow covers. Recommend 👍🏻

房間整體佈局還可以，床架子很單薄，毯子毛巾都很舊，有股味道。洗澡水熱水有限，應該是熱水器燒的，洗完後第二個人要等等。適合紅眼航班將就落腳一晚。
