Absolutely loved our stay! The homestay was spotless and smelled amazing from the moment we walked in. The staff were incredibly friendly and responded to all our requests very quickly. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and welcoming experience!

i get this room with the most cheap price 260myr for 3 night. i very satisfied with my stay 🥰 10/10 for Mino Homestay i definitely will repeat👍🏼 The light have problem during first day and owner solved it in 5 minute only. This is the view for the room i stay really chill and relax.

房間整體佈局還可以，床架子很單薄，毯子毛巾都很舊，有股味道。洗澡水熱水有限，應該是熱水器燒的，洗完後第二個人要等等。適合紅眼航班將就落腳一晚。

Kecewa dengan kebersihan bilik ni😔anak sa alergik dengan habuk first day tidak terlalu stay dlm bilik kami sekeluarga keluar so tidak terlalu perasan then second day sa extend pelik sbb anak balik2 bersin check punya check rupanya kebersihan dorang mmg sangat” kurang😭tolong perbaiki lagi kebersihan kamu ya , masa awal check in cadar single pulak ada kotoran langsung tiada kena ganti😔mau masak pun agak geli sbb banyak tahi cicak hm check in 16-18/4/2025 nombor bilik B2015

The location was superb, however the toilet dirty like no wash before, and also we suggest owner to upgrade on pillow and bedding due to the pillow sme stink seems like no change on pillow case

its very strategic location when you transit at kota kinabalu international airport.just 5-8 minutes distance from kota kinabalu international airport to this K avenue when not the traffic jam period.its only Rm6-Rm10 by Grab Car👍 but this time comfy house looks like abit disappointed🤔️ the bathroom is really smell bad and few cockroachs at the basin😨and the one who live to the next door is noisy at midnight time，cant get a good rest for me and my family when we have an early flight at 7am.

房間跟國內的公寓差不多 一個新的公寓 設施中規中矩 就是紙巾被子浴巾比較差 最關鍵的是欺騙消費者預訂 打電話問是否可以入住 説可以 讓網上下單後私信他們的what's 下單完成後告訴不可以 所以預訂這家酒店 一定要有文字性的內容 並且截圖 因為what's這個軟件是可以單方面刪除雙方的聊天記錄的 最後還是找的訂房網站協商退而求其次變成差的房型才讓入住的 雖然解決的入住問題 訂房網站也是挺不給力的 別慣著他們 我們要求的衹是實事求是罷了 不做洋奴力好嘛？
