Bed sheets are not clean, ac is not effective, bathroom wash basin tap is not working, bathroom is not clean and neet. Maintenance is very poor. there are hotels much much better at this rate with big room with all comforts. This is worst stay i experienced. I haven't taken any photos i already checked out

Easy access to bus stop and station is the priority and hotel was good but restaurant is very slow, even after repeated notification stating urgency they concentrate only on online orders due to which we missed the train, so overall hotel is good while resturant needs to improve on prompt service

THEY DIDNT OFFER COMPLIMENTRY WATER BOTTLES JUST BECAUSE IT WAS A ONLINE BOOKING , BLANKET BEDSHEET ALL WAS DIRTY ,ONLY ONE TOWEL PROVIDED , WE HAD TO CHANGE ROOM BECAUSE AC WAS NO WORKING IN ROOM THEY RPOVIDED FIRST LOCATION IS GOOD BUT PROPERTY IS LITTLE BIT OLD AND FOOD IS EXPENSIVE EVEN DONT TOUCH TO THE MARK IN TERMS OF TASTE
