The reception service was very friendly at my arrival, as I checked-in I didn’t expect the room to be as small as advertised however the room was quite clean and neat. The AC do not work and I did ask about it later on at the reception but they never bothered trying to have a look or get someone down to repair it. All in all it’s a great location where it’s at the heart of Doncaster with everything right outside.

Room was full of dust, bathroom had mold on the grouting, air contioning/ heating was broke, shower gel and shampoo watered down to almost just water, had a function on but sounded like the party was In our room even though it was 2 floors down, neighbouring room could hear them talking and getting intimate. Room was tin pot small and freezing cold...was so disappointed as stayed there previously for a lot less than i paid this time and the room was spacious and clean, so feeling extremely let down this time and hubby has refused to ever come back to this hotel.

Upon arrival I got a very warm welcome from staff and they upgraded the room that was nice it's very clean and looks modern the beds comfy TV works great and WiFi is good very warm room and slept well had the breakfast continental was a good selection staff was very polite then had the full English didn't have the works but was full would definitely stay here again it's in the middle of town and 5 mins walk away from train station so u have everything you need close by

Can you believe it? This is a hotel with history—meaning it has an old, classic feel, but still offers modern amenities. The location is excellent. However, being right on Silver Street, the nearby bars can get very noisy, sometimes until 2 or 3 a.m. Now I see why they offer earplugs. Aside from that, everything was great.

Hotel was fine. Staff are its best asset. So professional, polite , and helpful.  Happened to be there on may bank holiday Saturday night and the town was very noisy.  Disturbed nights sleep , but not hotels fault.

A great hotel booked at the last minute. Two double beds in seperate rooms was ideal for us and our kids. Everything you could need was provided in the room. Location was perfect for Doncaster town center.

酒店就在火車站附近，走幾百米就到了，附近吃飯的地方也很多，配套方便，交通便利，房間大小合適，適合商務出差。

火車站出來走路不到十分鐘，前台服務小妹和大姨都蠻好的。早飯就這樣，傳統英式早餐。 房間不大不小剛剛好，隔音還不錯。酒店位置在鬧市當中，住的當天剛好是有拳擊賽，樓下很多酒吧都鬧到晚上兩三點，也吵不進房間。

Nice hotel , great location however the communication between staff was poor and I was informed I could have late check out however when arriving I was informed I could not have late check out. Noisy if your on the street side as bars open till late however the hotel supply you with ear plugs which doesn’t make a different. Cleaners were cleaning other rooms above me early in the monring which disrupted me even more. Nice hotel but many problems
